Corey Rader: Multi-instrumentalist, producer, & educator

Corey Rader has been playing and teaching music professionally in the Philadelphia area for 15 years. First and foremost a bassist; he has performed and recorded with local and national acts such as Modern Baseball, Masila Muli, Puzzle Palace, Master Onymous, Teef, and the Village Vangard Jazz Orchestra just to name a few.

When he’s not recording basslines for other artists he’s composing full instrumental arrangements for documentaries, podcasts, and commercials such as his recent campaign with the clothing brand Ethik Worldwide.

More recently, Corey has just completed his debut solo EP entitled “Post Obbrobrio” featuring his first time singing, mixing, and mastering.

A life long student of the craft; Corey teaches students of all ages the fine points of music theory as well as practical skills for working musicians on bass, drums, guitar, piano, and more while constantly learning from masters such as his former teachers Ken Filiano, Jeffery Jacobsen, and Mike Galloway.
